As a client your primary concern should be the amount of time you want to schedule
for your appointment. I can help you decide which massage style is appropriate for
you if you are unsure. Most often, multiple massage techniques need to be used
during a single session to get best results, this is why I only charge by the time reserved,
not the massage technique preferred. When you call and/or arrive for your
appointment we will discuss if you prefer Deep Tissue, Traditional Swedish (spa style),
Acupressure, Sports Therapy, or Energy Work. Every massage session is tailored to each
individual client. 30min massage sessions are normally for clients who need focus in
specific problem areas (ie: neck/shoulders; low back; legs; etc.). To schedule an

The heat from water-heated river stones will penetrate muscle tissue and induce deep
relaxation. During this massage hot stones are placed on certain points of the body
and used in massage movements to melt away tension. Light, medium, or deep
pressure can be used as you prefer.
